Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours with tracking numbers.
- US orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Select.
- International orders will be shipped via Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail, etc depends on the destination country.
Tracking numbers will be sent to your email. For international orders, once the package arrives to your country, you can use your national post website to track your package with the provided tracking number.
Delivery time about 7 – 15 Business Days for the US, UK, Canada and European contries. Delivery time for all other countries is about 10-20 Business Days.
Delivery time does not include Weekends, Holidays or Customs Stoppage.
Customs/Tariff fees are NOT included in the shipping price. BATPIG Pet Supply is not responsible for any costs or issues that may occur at customs when entering your country. The shipping carrier will request collection once the package enters your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding custom, tariff, and duty fees.
